This page provides a general framework. For definitive legal text, your agreements, and obligations under GDPR/KVKK, consult your legal advisor. If you use Sprivox as an enterprise customer, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be signed separately.

Data controller

The legal entity operating the platform may process your personal data as the data controller specified in the user agreement and registration processes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including Turkish KVKK and GDPR where applicable.

Categories of data processed

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company information
• Account and usage: login records, campaign and call metadata
• Content: documents you upload, lead lists (may contain third-party data)
• Technical: IP, device and session information (limited for security and analytics)

Processing purposes

Purposes may include providing the service, contract performance, security, support, billing, legal compliance, and — with consent or legitimate interest — product development and communication.

Transfers

Limited, contract-bound transfers may be made to cloud infrastructure, email and analytics providers. Cross-border transfers must comply with applicable legal requirements.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and lodge complaints. Submit requests through the channels specified by the data controller.

Retention period

Data is retained for the service period and as required by law or statute of limitations; after that it is deleted, anonymized or destroyed.
