The agreement you accept when registering or sign under an enterprise framework supersedes this summary. In case of conflict, the signed agreement and its annexes prevail.

Scope of service

Sprivox provides communication, campaign and analytics features subject to subscription or contract. Feature sets may vary by plan; updates may be announced in advance or defined in the agreement.

Account and access

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Actions taken through your account are attributed to you.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use or abuse of the service.

User content and compliance

You are responsible for compliance with consent, data protection and commercial communication laws for lists you upload and calls you run. The platform is a tool only; permission collection and legal compliance must be ensured on the customer side.

Intellectual property

Software, design and brand elements belong to Sprivox or its licensors. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying or competitive misuse is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" within the framework defined in the agreement. Liability for indirect damages, data loss or third-party outages is shaped by the applicable agreement and mandatory legal limits.

Fees and termination

Pricing and payment terms appear in the order form or agreement. Parties may exercise termination and refund conditions as written in the contract.

Governing law and disputes

Competent courts and governing law are determined in the agreement or according to the parties' place of business.
